  • Producing a “virtual tour” of the home, grounds and special amenities. The video tour is filmed by a professional videographer and distributed to brokers, agents and select individuals (within desired zip codes) via direct mail. Also, your video tour may also be featured on your home’s website

  • Attending every buyer home showing to explain the home’s unique features, craftsmanship, and amenities

  • Strategic direct mail and outreach campaigns to affluent homeowners

  • Social marketing to our network of brokers and upscale buyers

  • Utilize our proprietary marketing solutions to create buzz and competition amongst interested buyers to maximize the sale price of your home.

Contract review
In the state of Washington, most offers to purchase luxury real estate are submitted in the form of a purchase and sale agreement fully executed by the potential buyer. The purchase and sale agreement becomes a legally binding contract when the Seller accepts the offer by executing the agreement.

In addition to price, the offer will contain all contractual provisions to be performed between the buyer and seller include:

  • Sale price
  • Payment terms – Cash or financing
  • Sale contingencies, such as inspection, survey, home sale or financing
  • Earnest money
  • Closing
  • Non-disclosure and confidentiality requirements

Closing your Sale
Once you are comfortable with the terms and provision contained in the various sale contracts submitted by the buyer, we transition your home sale to the closing process. To ensure you are fully informed, we provide you with a closing timeline that contains the events set to occur during the closing process. All closing events are closely tracked by us and we work closely with escrow and other third parties to make certain that your transaction is closed in an efficient and seamless manner. In the event you so desire, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements are utilized to protect your privacy.
